A full day's free training event showing businesses how to save money by using resources more efficiently. Attendees will learn how to better engage colleagues to improve resource efficiency within their business to support business improvements.
  • Showcase event - Diageo, and Fife Council's hydrogen refuelling station
    Thursday 5th October, 11:00 – 13:15, Glenrothes
An opportunity to hear about the successful resource efficiency and sustainability improvements that Diageo has made and understand how these could also be implemented in your business. The event includes a visit to Fife Council’s hydrogen fleet refuelling station, providing useful insight into the benefits of using alternative fuels and moving toward a green fleet.
  • Showcase tour - Eros Retail
    Friday 6th October, 10:00 - 12:00, Markinch
Join this tour to find out how Eros Retail has improved energy and resource efficiency at its Markinch store, enabling it to dramatically cut its energy bills.
  • Resource Efficiency clinics - bookable face-to-face meetings with a resource efficiency advisor to find out how your business can lower its utility bills through energy efficiency and resource efficiency.

“Reducing resource use not only benefits the environment but is an easy way for a business to save money. I would encourage all SMEs in Fife to get involved with sustainable business week and find out how they can unlock extra profit for their businesses.”
